Objective of the role : This role will act as IT partner for the business and provide solutions pertaining to systems and software including ERP as well as manage Infrastructure, network, security and assets for existing business as well as for expansion needs. Key Responsibilities : - Monitoring daily operations and ensuring IT services for the organization , including server hardware, software, and operating system. - Lead implementation of key software and IT systems including ERP specifically Microsoft Navision. Partner with internal stakeholders to identify requirements, formalise project plan and execute implementation accordingly. - Provide post implementation support on issue resolution, enhancements and reporting requirements. - Ensure all statutory requirements are built in and complied w ith in the ERP and other system implementation. - Maintain SLA for internal IT issues and coach/guide team members on internal customer support . - Ensuring network and data security for all IT systems and usage within the organization - Overseeing the annual IT budget and ensuring cost effectiveness. - RFP for new system implementation. Identify, shortlist and negotiate with relevant vendors. - Evaluating technology risks in order to develop a network disaster recovery plan and backup procedures. - Act has Technology partner for business leaders, identify future business requirement and evaluate best fit solutions for adoption over medium to long term. - Proactively identify data and network related risks and implement preemptive solution.
