Role Overview:

As a Risk Manager at Uniorbit Technologies, you will play a crucial role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating credit risks associated with our lending portfolio. You will collaborate closely with the credit underwriting, business development, and finance teams to ensure the soundness of our lending decisions and the overall health of our portfolio. Your insights will directly impact the company's profitability and long-term sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement credit risk management policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

- Conduct thorough credit risk assessments of potential borrowers, analyzing financial statements, industry trends, and macroeconomic factors.

- Monitor the performance of the loan portfolio, identifying early warning signals of potential credit deterioration and recommending appropriate remedial actions.

- Prepare regular risk reports for senior management, highlighting key risk exposures and trends.

- Collaborate with the credit underwriting team to structure loan transactions that mitigate credit risk while meeting the needs of borrowers.

- Stay abreast of changes in the regulatory environment and industry best practices related to credit risk management.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to analyze financial statements and assess credit risk.

- Strong understanding of credit risk management principles and practices.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., FRM, CFA) is a plus.

- Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
