Role Overview :

The Program Manager for Business Development and Partnerships will act as a bridge between Uniorbits internal product teams and its external ecosystem of partners. You will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic alliances that drive user acquisition and expand the companys service footprint.

This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and legal to ensure that partnership integrations are seamless and deliver measurable business value. You will be the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, ensuring that all collaborative programs are executed efficiently and aligned with the companys growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with key industry players to accelerate market penetration and user growth.

- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of business alliances, from initial outreach and contract negotiation to successful integration and ongoing performance monitoring.

- Coordinate with internal product and engineering teams to ensure technical requirements for partner integrations are met within defined timelines.

- Monitor and analyze partnership performance metrics to identify areas for optimization and report progress to senior leadership.

- Resolve operational bottlenecks and stakeholder conflicts to ensure the smooth execution of collaborative programs.

- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential partners to support long-term business development goals.

Required Skillset :

- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects in a fast-paced environment with 3 - 5 years of relevant experience.

- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills, with a track record of securing and maintaining high-value business partnerships.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of articulating complex value propositions to external partners and internal teams alike.

- Demonstrated analytical mindset, with the ability to translate business goals into actionable program plans and measurable outcomes.

- Proficiency in navigating cross-functional workflows, ensuring alignment between technical teams and business objectives.

- A degree from a reputed institute is preferred, complemented by a proactive approach to problem-solving and a high degree of professional adaptability.
