Role Overview:

The Soft Skills Trainer at Unext Learning BFSI will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging training programs focused on communication, interpersonal effectiveness, customer engagement, and professional development.

This role requires a learner-centric approach to training strategy, facilitation, and performance evaluation.

The ideal candidate will have experience in coaching, behavioral training, and cultivating a growth mindset within the BFSI sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement impactful soft skills training programs aligned with organizational goals and learner needs.

- Conduct training needs assessments to identify behavioral and communication skill gaps.

- Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to develop customized training content.

- Facilitate interactive workshops, group discussions, and scenario-based learning sessions.

- Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback tools, performance observations, and assessments.

- Maintain detailed training records, feedback logs, and progress reports.

- Utilize e-learning platforms, digital tools, and blended learning methods to enhance engagement.

- Stay current with trends in professional development, communication skills, and workplace behavior.

- Coach and mentor individuals to enhance their communication, confidence, and workplace etiquette.

- Partner with HR to promote a culture of continuous behavioral learning and personal development.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.

- 5-8 years of experience in soft skills training or behavioral coaching, preferably in the BFSI or corporate sector.

- Proven experience in facilitation, adult learning methodologies, and training design.

- Familiarity with digital learning tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).

- Excellent facilitation and interpersonal abilities.

- High emotional intelligence and empathy.

- Confidence in handling diverse groups and individual coaching sessions.
