Are you passionate about transforming financial services through technology? We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with deep experience in BFSI-especially lending-to drive growth and scale our SaaS offerings across India market.
This role demands a strategic mindset, strong industry relationships, and the ability to translate complex client needs into tailored solutions.
Role Overview:
You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue, influencing product direction, and building lasting relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute market-driven sales strategies.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to guide product and sales direction.
- Understand client needs deeply and communicate compelling value propositions.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Identify new opportunities within BFSI, particularly in retail, corporate, and commercial lending.
- Engage with CXOs and industry leaders to foster trust and build thought leadership.
- Partner with Pre-Sales and Account Managers to align strategy and delivery.
- Maintain healthy pipelines and accurate forecasts; achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Lead deal negotiations, close sales, and ensure successful client onboarding.
- Travel extensively across assigned regions to engage with clients and prospects.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Sales Success: 5-8 years in B2B/SaaS product or services sales with a strong record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- BFSI Expertise: 4-6 years in the banking and financial services domain, with a focus on lending solutions and closing deals of strategic value.
- Commercial Acumen: Ability to differentiate solutions in competitive, fast-moving markets.
- CXO-Level Engagement: Proven success in building credibility and negotiating with senior decision-makers.
- Technical & Functional Understanding: Solid grasp of SaaS implementation from both business and technical -perspectives.
- Communication & Influence: Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
