Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Sales Manager - Inside Sales to lead and drive our B2C sales team. This role involves managing a large team, optimizing sales performance, and ensuring revenue targets are consistently met through effective inside sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 60-70 inside sales executives.
- Drive revenue growth by achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective B2C inside sales strategies.
- Monitor team performance, track KPIs, and ensure productivity benchmarks are met.
- Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance reviews.
- Improve conversion rates across the sales funnel.
Key Requirements
- 4-8 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in a B2C environment.
- Proven experience in team handling (large teams preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in high-growth/start-up environments.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics.
