Key Responsibilities:

- Project Management: Lead end-to-end execution of high-priority projects across verticals from planning to rollout and post-mortem.

- Strategic Partner: Drive initiatives that are central to Unacademy's growth and scale.

- Business Analysis & Decision Support: Deep dive into performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; support business reviews with actionable insights.

- Revenue & Cost Optimization: Identify levers to drive revenue growth, control operational costs, reduce burn, and improve efficiency across departments.

- Cross-functional Alignment: Act as a bridge between product, business, finance, operations, and other teams to ensure timely execution of projects and strategic clarity.

- Operational Excellence: Implement best practices, process improvements, and governance frameworks that drive agility, accountability, and quality outcomes.

- Insight-Driven Strategy: Conduct market, competitor, and internal research to inform strategic planning and execution.

Who You Are:

- 3-6 years of experience in consulting, startups, project management, or similar high-impact roles.

- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, deliver results, and influence across teams.

- Strong command over data analytics.

- Experience in cost-saving initiatives, operational optimization, and driving revenue growth.

- Strong research and communication skills - able to break down complexity into clear insights and crisp presentations.

- Highly adaptable, self-motivated, and comfortable working with ambiguity and changing priorities.
