We're Hiring: Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) / PMO - Unacademy | Bengaluru (On-Site)

For IIM / Tier-1 B-School Grads | 1-2 Years Experience

Unacademy started as a YouTube channel. Today, we are India's largest learning platform impacting millions. And now, we're building the next wave of 0- 1 innovations - and we need sharp, ambitious minds to make it happen.

If you've ever wanted to work directly with Founders, solve big problems, and operate like a mini-founder yourself. this role is for you.

What You'll Do:

- Work directly with Founders & CXOs on high-impact strategic initiatives

- Validate & scale 0- 1 ideas end-to-end

- Dive deep into market research, user insights & competitive analysis

- Own projects from strategy - execution - performance

- Partner closely with product, ops, marketing, content & business teams

- Bring a founder's mindset: speed, ownership & problem-solving

We're Looking For:

- MBA from IIM / Tier-1 B-School

1-2 years of experience in consulting/product/strategy (bonus)

- CAT Qualified - Mandatory (must have taken and cleared CAT)

- Excellent communication + analytical thinking

- Someone who thrives in ambiguity, speed & high-ownership environments

- A builder at heart - bias for action, experimentation & innovation
