Unacademy is one of India's largest learning platforms, empowering millions of learners through technology-driven education. We are looking for a high-impact Chief of Staff to work directly with our Chief Business Officer (CBO) and drive strategic initiatives across the organization.

This is a highly visible leadership role offering the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership on business strategy, execution, and cross-functional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner directly with the CBO on strategic priorities and business-critical initiatives.

- Drive cross-functional projects from planning through execution.

- Lead business reviews, executive dashboards, governance frameworks, and performance reporting.

- Analyze business metrics to generate actionable insights and support decision-making.

- Collaborate with Product, Business, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and HR teams.

- Drive organizational alignment and remove execution bottlenecks.

- Support leadership meetings, executive communication, and strategic presentations.

What We're Looking For:

- 4-8 years of experience in Strategy, Consulting, Founder's Office, Business Operations, Program Management, or Chief of Staff roles.

- MBA from a Tier-1 B-school (Mandatory).

- Currently based in Bengaluru (Mandatory).

- Experience working directly with Founders, CXOs, or senior leadership teams.

- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive high-impact initiatives.

- Experience in consulting, high-growth startups, or fast-paced consumer internet organizations will be preferred.
