Role Overview
We are hiring a Category Head / Associate Director to lead the CA/CS/CMA vertical. This is a high-impact leadership role with end-to-end ownership of revenue, profitability, strategy, educator partnerships, and team performance. This role requires someone who operates like a mini-CEO - balancing strategy with execution and driving measurable business outcome.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the complete P&L for the CA/CS/CMA category
- Define and execute short-term and long-term growth strategy
- Drive revenue, profitability, and learner acquisition
- Identify, onboard, and scale top educators
- Lead and mentor category managers and cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Growth, and Operations teams
- Track KPIs and implement data-driven initiatives
- Ensure high-quality learner experience and academic delivery
- Streamline operational workflows for efficient execution
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Preferred: Graduate/Post Graduate from a Tier 1 college
- MBA preferred (Tier 1 / Tier 2 institutions)
- 5-8 years of experience in Category Management, Business Operations, or P&L ownership
- Proven experience managing and scaling revenue portfolio
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making ability
- Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working in a high-ownership, fast-paced environment
