Drive consumer centric new product development process:

- Develop deep insight into customers jobs to be done through extensive market & consumer research.

- Leverage consumer insight to optimize the product development process

- Define the action standard & real-life testing methodology for each NPD with technical teams

- Drive the structured NPD process with cross-functional teams

Supplement the NPD funnel of Multiple categories:

- Engage with customers & influencers to generate ideas, identify potential need spaces

- Develop concepts for consumer testing of potential ideas

- Build organizational processes & capabilities to best serve the changing needs of the customers

- Deliver business impact through successful innovation

- Increase NPD contribution to total sales to drive premium and imagery of an "Innovative Brand"

- Design insightful CVP

- Engage CMI & research agency to test & validate shortlisted ideas and initial hypothesis

- Design differentiated CVP based on consumer validated insights through rigorous research

GTM strategy design & rollout:

- Collaborate with BPD team to develop GTM strategy for impactful launch

- Collaborate with brand building team for efficient & timely roll out GTM strategy across multiple channels

- Coordinate with internal & external partners towards timely execution.

Competition Tracking:

- Monitor competition activities on the ground and media spends for core categories (Tile Adhesives & Waterproofing)

- Flash major competition updates to key internal stakeholders.

- Develop & execute suitable marketing interventions

- Leverage digital media as a execution media platform to reach, engage & influence customers

- Build annual activation calendar & content as per marketing goals

- Build website as a destination for curated content

- Pilot new media platforms to communicate brand proposition

- Define KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness & drive effienciency with agency partner. Scaleup basis campaign impact & budget

Packaging:

- Identify competent agency for pack design project

- Provide clear & comprehensive brief for pack design projects

- Create distinct & premium pack design for new products within time & cost

People Development:

- Identify & groom people in line with the expectations from profile to deliver organizational objectives
