UltraTech Cement - Civil Contract & Design Engineering Incharge

Functional Skills :

- Strong expertise in civil execution of RMC plant projects.

- Proven experience in BOQ preparation, tendering, bidding, and contract management.

- Hands on proficiency in CAD and relevant design / planning tools (AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, Excel).

- Sound understanding of techno commercial evaluation, negotiations, and contracting practices.

- Ability to work under tight deadlines and multi project environments.

Experience & Qualification :

- Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).

- 5-10 years of relevant experience in industrial / RMC / infrastructure projects preferred.

- Exposure to multi location project execution and contractor management.
