- Lead the development and periodic refinement of the Banks medium- to long-term Liabilities Strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

- Translate strategic priorities into actionable business plans with measurable deliverables across retail, corporate, and institutional liability segments.

- Drive execution of strategic initiatives in collaboration with product, branch banking, digital, and marketing teams.

- Formulate and oversee deposit mobilization strategies to achieve sustainable CASA and Term Deposit growth.

- Develop and implement initiatives to optimize cost of funds and enhance overall portfolio profitability.

- Identify opportunities to improve branch productivity, customer acquisition efficiency, and cross-sell penetration.

- Conduct in-depth market and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities, risks, and best practices in liabilities management.

- Monitor evolving customer behavior, regulatory developments, and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.

- Provide insights and recommendations to leadership on differentiation, product innovation, and channel strategy.

- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for strategic initiatives and business outcomes.

- Lead annual strategic planning and quarterly strategy reviews for the liabilities portfolio.

- Prepare and present strategic dashboards, reports, and performance analyses for senior management and board reviews.

- Work closely with Finance, Treasury, Risk, and Digital Banking teams to ensure a cohesive approach toward liabilities growth and balance sheet optimization.

- Support governance processes for evaluating new product proposals, policy changes, and pricing strategies.

Education:

- Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent qualification from a reputed institution, preferably with specialization in Strategy, Finance, or Banking.

- Additional certifications in Strategic Planning, Digital Transformation, or Business Analytics will be an advantage.

Experience:

- 10- 15 years of progressive experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Strategic Consulting.

- Proven experience in Liabilities Strategy, Deposit Products, or Business Transformation within a banking or financial institution preferred.

- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and execution skills with the ability to influence strategic outcomes.
