Account Management : - Define mutual goals of business and revenue growth with the consumer brand/ strategic vendor brand assigned - Demand planning by region, along with inventory management by looking at data and ensuring right selection availability - Driving new trends and leveraging for profitable growth by region, by vertical with the brand and the brands on ground team, if any Topline and Bottomline : - Own and drive monthly / weekly sales metrics GMV / Avg. Order Value/ Avg. Buyer Spends/ Repeats/ Ratings - Use Data to Drive Upsell / Cross-sell / Premiumization / Portfolio and VpKG management for the right margin for the organization - Optimize on margin based on ROI analysis across product segments and invest strategically in the right buyer segments and market conditions Merchandizing, Catalog and Promotion : - Define merchandizing plan across categories based on Market trends, ACN data, Preferred Portfolio Mix etc. - Facilitate Customer navigation for better product discovery - Drive monthly promotion calendar including EDLP, Flash Deals, DoTD etc. - Design and optimize promos for Sale events, offer zone - Ensure Customer satisfaction on Product Information - data and images while making relevant catalog guidelines Selection Design : - Define Buyer segments and understand selection/ Core Value proposition gaps for each segment
