- We are looking for a young, energetic, and business-smart Senior Sales Manager to lead client retention, repeat orders, and long-term relationship development with our existing dealer network.

- This is a strategic role focused on nurturing current partners, ensuring timely reorders, improving service satisfaction, and enhancing dealer loyalty. The role is primarily office-based with occasional field visits for high-value client engagement.

- The ideal candidate will combine strong relationship management skills with analytical business thinking to identify patterns, propose improvements, and help drive retention-led revenue growth."

Role & Responsibilities :

- Maintain strong business relationships with all existing dealers and key accounts

- Understand dealer order cycles and ensure timely follow-up for reorders

- Design and execute structured retention programs to improve reorder frequency

- Analyze order data, client feedback, and identify patterns for potential churn

- Coordinate with CRM, Service, and Dispatch teams to ensure dealer satisfaction

- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on retention metrics and client status

- Conduct occasional field visits to top clients for relationship reinforcement

- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and enhance lifetime dealer value

- Report directly to senior management on CRR performance and client insights

- 1-5 years of experience in Account Management / B2B Sales / Client Success / CRM

- Excellent verbal and written communication in English & Hindi
