Job Brief
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.
You will be responsible for maximizing our sales.
Responsibilities
- Achieve growth by successfully managing the sales team and the social media marketing team.
- Designing and implementing strategic business plans that expand the Companys customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
- Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
- Understanding the ideal customers and how they relate to our business.
Requirements and Skills
- MBA in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Successful previous experience as a Sales Head, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Strong business sense and IT industry expertise.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
