Your role : We're looking for someone like that to help us with: - The product development of an advanced analytics and big data platform, which will be utilized by data scientists, investment researchers, portfolio managers and management teams to consume differentiating insights - Analysis of current research and investment processes, to deliver end-to-end solutions through the new analytics platform - Formulating and defining scope and objectives based on both user needs and a thorough understanding of business systems and industry requirements. - The person will recommend procedures, policies, technologies, software products, and custom systems that will help the organization achieve its goals. He/she will also assist in quality assurance and project management Your experience and skills : You have: - At least 8-10 years of proven experience in product management with strong financial domain knowledge - Creativity to translate work-flows into excellent wire-frames, dashboards and user stories - Proven experience in using UI/UX tools - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, dealing with the both technical and non-technical audience - Excellent analytical skills, Experience using Excel to perform process and data analysis; and summarize the results - Experience in developing test plans, executing test cases and documenting results - Ability to work independently if needed, ability to prioritize and follow-up on tasks - Proven ability to adapt to constantly evolving priorities, ability to multi-task in a highly dynamic environment - Broad understanding of the Asset Management business will be preferred - Experience in financial services technical (FinTech) start-up will be desirable You are: - Creative to break down complex processes into easy to use visual interfaces - Think outside the box to introduce new ideas - Fluent in English
