Job description:Over the counter (OTC) settlements/confirmations  Job Location-Hyderabad  Your experience and skills  You have:  - Experience of Banking Operations especially in OTC Operations   - Good understanding of operational risk, particularly in relation to the OTC Settlements business  - Experience of working on OTC systems (OBOE/TLM) is a strong benefit  - Flexibility - there is a significant element of reacting to circumstances and defining & delivering to requirements at the last moment. The person who will be successful in this role is able to juggle numerous tasks of different types, which could range from strategy development, through delivery, relationship management and everyday administration   - Excellent organizational and rigorous follow-up skills  - Relationship building and management, ability to manage conflict and tension  - Influencing and communication skills, particularly to senior stakeholders from a remote location  - Leadership skills and professionalism, to act as a representative of UBS and role model to vendor staff  - Integrity and discretion are key to help.
