As a part of the driver sourcing & fleet match team for India SA, you will help us scale the fleet business. One of the biggest problems to solve to scale fleet business is source drivers at scale and help them match with right opportunities with the fleet partners. You will lead all strategic partnerships and build rural sourcing to source drivers for India SA. Additionally, you will work closely with global product teams to build right product features for fleet partners & drivers and scale fleet app and fleet match app adoption in the region. What You'll Do : - Program Management : Set-up and program manage driver sourcing end to end through multiple strategic partnerships, setting up rural sourcing and campaigns - Product engagement : Work closely with global product teams to increase adoption of fleet relevant products in India - Efficiency improvements : Identify levers to improve street & dost productivity across cities in India - Analytics : Run analytics to identify best match between drivers & fleet partners and scale driver sourcing in the most efficient and cost-effective way - Communication : Create, maintain, and communicate detailed reporting on performance vs plan and identify and communicate product/ process enhancements to relevant stakeholders - Stakeholder management : Drive stakeholder management and alignment across city team, marketing, central operations, community operations and product team. What You'll Need : - BA/ BS in Economics, Business, Engineering, or other quantitative focus - 3+ years of experience in high-growth start-ups, consulting, analytics or operations experience - Excellent communication and organization skills. Can work freely with everyone from an associate to senior leadership - Experience creating and optimizing processes - Good stakeholder management skills, team player, collaboration - Ability to run large-scale projects with multiple city and central stakeholders - Action. The team is responsible to fuel sustainable vehicle and driver supply in India through multiple channels such as affiliate partners, feet-on-street, referrals, dealerships, fleets partners, strategic partnerships with OEMs and financiers, organic and digital & offline marketing channels. The team designs and executes processes, projects, communications, and experiments driven by a deep and analytical understanding of our business.
