Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Assistant Manager - Finance to support our financial operations and reporting. The role involves day-to-day accounting, financial analysis, budget monitoring vendor payments, compliance, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Financial Operations & Accounting:

- Oversee daily accounting operations including journal entries, bank reconciliation, petty cash, and ledgers.

- Ensure timely and accurate booking of vendor invoices and employee reimbursements.

- Assist in monthly and year-end closing processes.

Accounts Payable / Receivable:

- Monitor weekly vendor payments in coordination with city-wise SPOCs.

- Ensure accurate billing and timely collection from clients/customers.

- Reconcile vendor and customer accounts monthly.

MIS & Reporting:

- Maintain all records required for regulatory and tax compliance.

- Monthly investor reporting

Qualifications & Experience:

- M.Com / MBA in Finance / CA or CMA (preferred)

- 2 to 4 years of experience in accounting, finance, or audit roles.

- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.

- Working knowledge of accounting software (Tally ERP, Zoho Books, etc.)

- Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic regulatory compliance.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to meet tight deadlines and multitask effectively.

- Ethical, disciplined, and committed to confidentiality.
