Job Description/Technical Competency:
- Develop and execute the company's sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Collaborate with other C-suite executives to align sales goals with overall business objectives.
- Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Set ambitious sales goals and implement strategies to achieve them.
- Identify and develop new market opportunities, partnerships, and channels to drive revenue.
- Oversee pricing strategies, contract negotiation, and deal structuring.
- Build, lead and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Define performance metric, evaluate team performance, & implement training programs.
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented sales culture.
- Act as a brand ambassador to promote the company's products or services.
- Analyze sales data, forecasts, and KPIs to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Optimize the sales process, tools, and technologies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Manage the sales budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.
Job Specification:
- Qualification: Graduate + MBA (Sales / Marketing) Tier 1 University.
- X & XII marks: Above 70%
- Preferred backgrounds - Pharma / Medical Devices.
