About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join Tyger Capital as the State Head - MSME Sales for Rayalaseema. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role responsible for driving sales growth, managing the MSME sales team, and building strong client relationships. The role requires strategic thinking, strong market knowledge, and proven team management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the MSME sales team across the Rayalaseema region.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and expand market presence.
- Manage client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Drive performance management, training, and development of the sales team.
- Collaborate with internal departments to deliver seamless client solutions.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

- Proven expertise in account management and client relationship building.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
