Role Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Senior Relationship Manager to join our team in Bhinmal. This role involves managing and nurturing client relationships, identifying financial needs, and offering tailored lending solutions while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

- Manage a portfolio of high-value customers and ensure consistent engagement to build long-term relationships

- Understand client requirements and offer customized financial products and services

- Conduct detailed credit assessments and financial evaluations of clients

- Drive loan disbursement targets through strategic sourcing and cross-selling opportunities

- Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy portfolio quality with low delinquency

- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities

- Generate referrals and new business through customer networks

- Maintain accurate and timely documentation and MIS reports

- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless loan processing and service delivery

- Ensure full compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Master's/Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field

- 26 years of experience in relationship management or financial advisory in NBFCs, banks, or similar financial institutions

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and collections targets

- Strong understanding of financial products like SME loans, business loans, and secured/unsecured lending

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in using financial tools, CRM platforms, and MS Office

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously

- Strong analytical and decision-making skills with a problem-solving mindset

- Local market knowledge of Bhinmal and surrounding regions will be a plus
