Role Purpose:

Lead branch operations and business growth by driving sales, managing teams, ensuring compliance, and delivering superior customer experience aligned with Tyger Capital's entrepreneurial mission.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth functioning

- Drive business development and achieve branch-level sales and revenue targets

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and local stakeholders

- Lead, mentor, and motivate branch staff to enhance productivity and performance

- Monitor financial performance, portfolio quality, and operational efficiency

- Ensure adherence to NBFC policies, regulatory guidelines, and internal processes

- Oversee loan sourcing, disbursement, collections, and portfolio management

- Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues

- Implement marketing and promotional activities to increase branch visibility

- Prepare and review MIS, reports, and performance dashboards

Key Result Areas (KRAs):

- Achievement of business, disbursement, and revenue targets

- Portfolio quality and reduction in delinquency and NPAs

- Customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction levels

- Team productivity, engagement, and retention

- Compliance with regulatory and internal audit requirements

- Operational efficiency and cost control at branch level

Qualifications:

- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Management, or related field

Experience Requirements:

- 3-5 years of experience in NBFC, banking, or financial services

- Prior experience in branch operations, sales, or team handling roles

Skill Sets & Competencies:

- Strong leadership and people management skills

- Business development and sales orientation

- Customer relationship management expertise

- Financial analysis and target-driven mindset

- Knowledge of NBFC products, credit processes, and compliance norms

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
