Role Summary :
Key Responsibilities -
New Product Development
- Drive the entire lifecycle of NPD from ideation, R&D coordination, to pilot and market launch
- Collaborate with founders, quality, marketing and production teams to evaluate product feasibility
- Prepare project charters, timelines, cost estimates, and approval matrices for each NPD
- Ensure regulatory, packaging, and labeling compliance for new SKUs
Operations & Execution
- Work with production team to execute scale-up plans
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with procurement, inventory, and dispatch teams for seamless coordination
- Prepare monthly execution scorecards and project health reports
Quality & Compliance
- Coordinate with the Quality Assurance and Production teams to ensure product quality benchmarks
- Implement SOPs for raw material checks, in-process quality, and finished goods
- Audit vendor and third-party partner facilities and recommend improvements
Packaging & Design Coordination
- Liaise with design team, packaging vendors, and regulatory consultants for compliant and market-ready packaging
- Create packaging workflows for new launches and redesigns
- Ensure packaging timelines are aligned with NPD and go-to-market plans
Cross-Functional Project Management
- Manage timelines, stakeholders, and interdependencies across projects using project management tools
- Track key milestones, blockers, and corrective actions in regular updates to leadership
- Own end-to-end responsibility of delivery, quality, and cost for all assigned projects
