Role Purpose:
The role at the Chief of Staff Strategy & Growth will work closely with the Chief Growth Officer to drive strategic initiatives, business growth programs, and cross-functional projects. The incumbent will act as a strategic thought partner and execution lead, ensuring that growth priorities including new category creation and product innovation are translated into actionable plans and delivered effectively across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy & Business Planning:
- Support the CGO in developing and refining short-term and long-term growth strategies aligned with the brands vision and organic-first philosophy.
- Conduct market research, consumer insights, and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities across channels (D2C, MT, GT, exports, etc.).
- Prepare strategic presentations, business reviews, and performance dashboards for leadership discussions.
2. Growth Initiatives:
- Drive and track growth projects related to new product launches, category expansion, pricing, and channel optimization.
- Work with sales, marketing, supply chain, and product teams to ensure seamless execution of growth initiatives.
- Identify process improvements and scalability levers to support rapid yet sustainable growth.
3. Project Management:
- Lead and manage cross-functional strategic projects from concept to execution.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, and success metrics. Ensure timely delivery of projects with clear accountability and regular progress reporting to the CGO.
4. Performance Tracking & Analytics:
- Monitor business performance against targets and strategic goals.
- Analyze data to identify gaps, risks, and corrective actions.
- Support decision-making through data-backed insights and recommendations.
5. Stakeholder & Cross-functional Coordination:
- Act as a bridge between the CGOs office and internal teams. Coordinate with external partners, consultants, and vendors as required for strategic initiatives.
