Job Title: AVP / VP Manufacturing, Quality & Projects

Location: Pune

Role Summary:

Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations, quality assurance, and project execution across processing facilities, ensuring scalable, compliant, and world-class organic food operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own plant manufacturing operations with focus on efficiency, yield, cost, and safety.

- Drive food quality, organic integrity, and compliance (FSSAI, Organic, HACCP, GMP).

- Lead greenfield/brownfield projects, capacity expansion, and process improvements.

- Build SOPs, systems, and teams aligned to growth and brand standards.

- Collaborate with sourcing, supply chain, R&D, and leadership for seamless execution.

Key Requirements:

- 1218+ years of experience in food/FMCG manufacturing and quality leadership.

- Strong exposure to plant setup, scaling operations, and audits.

- Hands-on leader with strong execution and stakeholder management skills.
