This is a full-time, mid-level Business Analyst position located in Chennai. The role focuses on bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions for digital process automation projects, particularly in the BFSI domain.
The ideal candidate will facilitate stakeholder collaboration, ensure seamless project execution, and contribute to Twixor's conversational AI initiatives.
Qualifications And Skills:
- Requirements Gathering (Mandatory skill): Ability to elicit, document, and validate comprehensive business and technical requirements from stakeholders for varied projects.
- Stakeholder Management (Mandatory skill): Proven experience in managing diverse stakeholders, fostering collaboration, and ensuring alignment throughout project lifecycles.
- Business Analyst in BFSI Module (Mandatory skill): Hands-on expertise as a business analyst in the banking, financial services, or insurance domains, delivering complex solutions.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies: Understanding and participating in iterative development lifecycles, facilitating effective sprint planning and reviews.
- Experience with REST APIs: Capable of analyzing API documentation, preparing integration requirements, and coordinating with technical teams for seamless implementations.
- Competence in preparing BDR (Business Requirement Documents): Skilled in drafting clear, detailed business and functional requirement documentation for project teams.
- Experience in Conversational AI Platforms (Chatbots): Exposure to designing and analyzing conversational AI workflows and bot-driven digital customer engagement processes.
- Project Coordination: Able to oversee deliverables, track progress, and support cross-functional teams to achieve client and organizational goals efficiently.
Roles And Responsibilities:
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather, document, and validate project requirements and objectives.
- Analyze and translate business needs in the BFSI sector into actionable requirements and workflows for technical and development teams.
- Draft and maintain detailed business requirement documents (BRD), user stories, and functional specifications for assigned projects.
- Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, supporting sprint planning, review, backlog grooming, and facilitating clear communication.
- Support the design and optimization of digital journeys on conversational AI platforms and messaging channels for enterprise clients.
- Coordinate project activities, track progress, and communicate status updates and risks to all relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Assist in integrating REST APIs by providing clear documentation, testing support, and ensuring alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
- Work Location: Chennai (Work from office).
- Notice Period: Below 30 days.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and leverage automation, personalizing customer experiences to drive engagement and retention.
