We are seeking an accomplished and versatile Sales Manager to join our team, with a primary focus on the HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, and Cafe) segment. As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and revenue in the HoReCa channel. Your expertise in sales strategy, team management, and HoReCa industry knowledge will be instrumental in achieving our sales targets and nurturing key client relationships. You will be responsible for developing and executing a robust sales strategy, setting and exceeding ambitious targets, and leading a dynamic sales team to success. Your strong understanding of the HoReCa landscape will be key in identifying and securing new clients while maintaining existing customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities : - Sales Strategy:- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the HoReCa segment, setting ambitious targets and revenue goals. - Team Building:- Lead a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and motivation to achieve sales objectives. - Setting Targets:- Establish ambitious sales targets and strategies for the HoReCa channel, aligning them with the companys objectives. - Client Acquisition:- Identify and secure new HoReCa clients, while nurturing existing relationships to ensure customer satisfaction. - Performance Analysis:- Monitor and analyze sales metrics, reviewing the achievement of targets and implementing collaborative solutions for growth. - Market Analysis:- Stay updated on market trends, needs, and competition, and report findings to senior management for action planning. - Close Deals:- Actively participate in closing key deals and major contracts within the HoReCa segment. - Budgeting:- Collaborate with senior management to develop annual budgets for the HoReCa segment, aligning financial objectives with sales goals. - Recruitment:- Recruit and develop a proficient sales team, providing training and supporting career growth. - Customer Relationship:- Maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing their complaints and issues to ensure exceptional service quality.
