Digital Marketing Strategy - Create and own strategy for marketing brand and products through digital and social media platforms. - Plan and execute all web, social media, search engine optimization, website marketing initiatives so as to achieve the business objectives. - Organise brand building initiatives to reach target audience via digital campaigns. - Liaison with the digital marketing and media agencies for timely implementation of the digital marketing initiatives. Website Management - Manage the company website and ensure it is regularly refreshed. - Create and upload content, copy and images for the organisation's website. - Develop SEO &amp; SEM strategies to increase number of visitors to a website by getting high-ranking placements in search results. - Use web analytics to monitor the web traffic in terms of the user journey, geographical information, age patterns, and consumer preferences etc.to drive online traffic to the company website. - Develop a lead management system and e commerce for the brand website. Social Media Management - Create and implement the social media strategy for the brand - Develop a distinct online content approach and build strong social communities for the brand across platforms. - Develop and integrate content marketing strategies in social media platforms to reach target audience. Online Sales Strategy - Develop the online marketing strategy in line with the brand and product objectives. - Conceptualize and execute online sales strategy to drive growth &amp; revenues. - Provide inputs on product, pricing and services offering. - Coordinate with cross function teams for shipment, payments, technical issues, etc. Online Channel Sales - Devise plans to drive user experience on the online site. - Develop relationship and manage business with key accounts (e commerce players and online marketplace websites). - Create and manage product catalogues for online marketplace platforms. - Ensure product delivery as per commitments. - Address sales returns issues and conflicts in timely manner. - Develop online promotions and offers to attract new customers and create awareness. Reporting &amp; Research - Stay current on market trends, industry standards and competitors marketing &amp; sales strategies. - Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in online channel marketing. - Measure and report performance of all online marketing campaigns, and assess against goals.
