Role Purpose:
Drive enterprise-wide strategic planning, performance improvement initiatives, and cross-functional execution to support profitable growth and operational efficiency. Partner with business leaders to translate strategic priorities into executable action plans aligned with corporate objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning & Performance Management:
- Lead development of long-range strategic plans and annual operating plans aligned with corporate objectives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across business units and identify performance improvement opportunities.
- Conduct scenario planning and provide strategic insights for leadership decision-making.
2. Business Analysis & Financial Planning:
- Perform market, competitor, and profitability analysis to support strategic initiatives.
- Develop financial models to evaluate investments, new projects, and CAPEX decisions.
- Support budgeting processes and variance analysis.
3. Cross-Functional Strategy Execution:
- Coordinate execution of strategic initiatives across operations, supply chain, finance, sales, and quality functions.
- Drive cost optimization, process improvements, and productivity enhancement programs.
- Ensure timely implementation of approved strategic projects.
4. Corporate Reporting & Governance:
- Prepare executive dashboards, board presentations, and periodic performance reports.
- Track progress of strategic initiatives and provide structured updates to senior management.
- Support governance frameworks and risk assessment processes.
5. Growth & Market Expansion:
- Identify new business opportunities, market expansion strategies, and product diversification initiatives.
- Support strategic partnerships, distribution network expansion, and export growth initiatives.
6. Change Management & Transformation:
- Lead transformation initiatives to enhance organizational processes and systems.
- Support digital initiatives and enterprise system improvements aligned with strategic objectives.
- Facilitate organizational alignment and change adoption across departments.
