Role Overview:

We're looking for a strong Sales Hunter who can own India Sales for the Manufacturing market segment-building processes from the ground up, acquiring new customers, growing existing accounts, and leading a high-performing sales team to ambitious revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals, expand market share, and maximize profitability.

- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team; provide coaching, guidance, and performance evaluations.

- Build sales processes, methodologies, and best practices from scratch; streamline and optimize workflows for efficiency, scalability, and alignment with industry standards.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients; understand needs and align solutions accordingly.

- Identify new business opportunities and market trends; stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities.

- Set sales targets, monitor progress, and provide accurate forecasts and reports to senior management.

What We Seek in You (Skills & Qualifications):

- 15+ years directly selling IT Services (and/or Products), holding individual targets-new logo hunting and growth.

- Proven experience selling to the Manufacturing market segment in India with strong understanding of market dynamics and trends.

- Ownership mindset with responsibility for P&L of India Sales.

- Experience hunting and farming within existing customers/accounts.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.

- Entrepreneurial, adaptable, result-driven; strong networking with relationships across key verticals.

- Skilled at navigating complex customer organizations and org dynamics.
