Education Qualification :

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related discipline

- Master's degree or MBA in Human Resource Management / Organizational Development

- Certification in Performance Management, HR Analytics, or Organizational Development is an advantage

Required Experience : 12 - 16 Years

Role Description :

- Streamline MPCP and target setting process

- Establish continuous & comprehensive target reviews

- Check quality of targets and feedback from business

- Map targets & competencies to revamped Job Description & finalization of JDs

- Ensure highly stretched & ambitious biz targets owned by line

- Introduce behavioral targets to drive and reinforce cultural outcomes

- Establish PMS for the Matrix organization

- Redefine the PMS evaluation process

- Creation of objective rating framework (incorporating share of results vs effort)

- Redesign promotion criteria: role, performance & competency based (based on JE output)

- On-time completion of target setting, PDD, interim reviews (monthly check-ins) & feedback, evaluation, calibration

- Revamp evaluation framework to include business performance as part of rating distribution

- Regular communication & change management

- Regular review, cadence and consequence management

- Training & change management to ensure development of Managers

- Collaboration with Total Rewards and Talent Management function

- Managing points (Key KPI/KRA's)
