Description:
- Be the repository for all data related to Sales and marketing functions.
- Run diagnostics and MIS's to track and improve sales and mktg productivity
- Recommend periodic schemes & offers (in consultation with the sales team) to improve sales throughput and to enable sales teams to achieve their targets.
- Monitoring of the scheme implementation at the front end.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure marketing communication is aligned with the current schemes and offers
- Be the process champion for Sales and marketing functions.
- Review, benchmark and update processes related to sales and marketing in consonance with the CSMO
- Keep updated on changes in technology related to customer interface and drive innovation through constant process improvements to keep pace with the changes.
- Develop a detailed GTM document for each new launch together with the sales and marketing team
- Promote and influence use of AI and digitalization in the sales and marketing functions.
- Work with the digital team to ensure seamless and innovative digital interface for customers, team members etc.
- Ensure tracking of budgets for the SnM and timely payment of call invoices
- Ensure timely payment of all invoices including CP invoices
