Senior Manager - HR Projects


Job Purpose:


This position is responsible to lead and deliver high-impact, organization-wide HR initiatives aligned to organization strategy. Also, responsible for managing end-to-end HR projects, leading a small project team and preparing high-quality presentations and insights to management.

Key Responsibilities:

a) HR Project Leadership:

- Lead multiple strategic and operational HR projects across various areas of HR such as compensation & benefits, performance management, talent management, HR digitalization, policy harmonization, and change initiatives

- Own end-to-end project management including scope definition, timelines, milestones, risk management, stakeholder communication, and closure

- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable business outcomes

b) Stakeholder Management:

- Partner closely with CoEs and HR Business Partners to ensure timely delivery of projects

- Act as the single point of accountability for assigned HR projects

c) Executive Presentations & Insights:

- Develop concise, data-driven, and visually impactful presentations for the Chairman, CEO and Board / Executive Committees

- Translate complex HR data and project outcomes into clear executive narratives, insights, and recommendations

d) Governance, Tracking & Reporting:

- Establish project governance mechanisms, dashboards, and progress reviews for HR initiatives

- Track benefits realization and ensure post-implementation review of key projects

- Ensure documentation, process discipline, and audit readiness for all HR projects

e) Continuous Improvement:

- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, frameworks, and systems through structured projects

- Benchmark best practices and introduce innovative approaches in HR project execution

Job Requirements:

- MBA / Post Graduate in HR, preferably from Tier 2 Colleges / B Schools

- 6 - 8 years of experience in a strategic HR role with a focus on project management or HR transformation initiatives

- Strong HR project management and execution capability

- High proficiency in PowerPoint and data interpretation (HR Metrics, Dashboards)

- Stakeholder management

- Structured thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Good understanding of HR concepts
