Job Description: This position would be responsible to develop, manage and optimize the business performance at the Regional Level. Ensure regular flow of NPA loan case allocations and engage collection and recovery teams to meet the required collections efficiency, effectiveness and recovery metrics. Also responsible for creation of new avenues for sourcing the business and enhancing the overall performance. - Liaison with Banks, NBFCs, and Financial Institutions for Local empanelment and allotment of Cases on a monthly basis - Design & implement schemes, contest to build the book as well as to improve resolution - Innovate & implement novel ideas to improve revenue line - Keep the cost to revenue under control by controlling the fixed & variable cost with enhanced productivity - Bring in new business partners from all available avenues in the retail collection front - Ensure to liquidate stock in time with timely approvals on reserve price from the concerned officials - Build and Execute Resolution strategies at the area / regional level in coordination with legal / GSO / Police & other regulatory bodies for timely closure of cases - Manpower planning and expense budgeting as per the business volume and ensure adequate staffing levels at all times - Monitoring the performance of the team and providing periodic training on policies and processes to enhance productivity - Responsible for monitoring & driving the overall P&L for the respective area / region - Keeping track of portfolios by sharing progress(MIS) with respective clients on a monthly basis Job Requirements: - Post Graduate - 12+ years of experience in handling Hard collections / recovery (preferably from assets reconstruction companies) - Ability to liaise with various Banks / NBFCs in exploring business opportunities - Operational execution - Relationship Management (critical for retaining key customers) - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Problem Solving & decision making skills
