Job Description: This role is responsible for developing, sustaining & maintaining the relationship with TVS Motor for the Electric Vehicle segment to increase overall sales and revenue. Also responsible to assist sales teams in devising strategies for increasing market share and penetration on a sustainable basis in line with the annual business plan and future business requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Develop a strong understanding of the Electric Vehicle industry and future prospect needs and opportunities - Engage with dealers to build and strengthen relationships on all working levels. Also, design and execute promotion schemes with TVS Motor. - Identify new trends and size new growth opportunities, evaluate the market and competitive environment, and develop go-to-market strategies for TVS Motor's Electric Vehicle segment. - Coordinate with various departments within the organization (Sales, Customer Service, Operations, etc.) to understand and prioritize their needs and translate their strategic business questions /concerns into products that are consistent with growth and bottom line initiatives and also ensure all requirements of manufacturers are addressed - Conduct comprehensive market research to gain deep insights into the Electric Vehicle loan market, including customer preferences, competitive offerings, and industry trends. - Analyze data and research findings to identify new market opportunities and recommend strategic actions - Enhance Electric Vehicle portfolio, improve customer acquisition and retention, and drive business growth in the highly competitive Electric Vehicle financing market. Job Requirements: - Graduation/ MBA - 8 Yrs exp in Product Management, Manufacturer relationship and Strategy experience - within the Electric Vehicle segment - Drive and initiative, strong commitment, ability to take ownership - High level of integrity, professionalism and attention to detail - Experience in business analysis & key account management - Strong Analytical, Interpersonal and Convincing skills - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
