As part of the plan, TVS Credit is looking to institutionalise and improve systems and processes by leveraging the might of technology & analytics across the organisation to enable agile decision-making to power growth. Job Purpose: This role is responsible for end-to-end managing key accounts (Large Format Retail / Regional Retail) & maintaining relationships with Regional OEMs for increasing the overall volume and revenue of the company. Also responsible for devising strategies for increasing market share and profitability on a sustainable basis in line with the annual business plan and future business requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and develop relationships with OEM partners, understand their business needs and requirements, and provide solutions that align with their goals. - Understanding the partner's business model, product roadmap, go-to-market strategy and network expansion - Ensuring business growth in a profitable manner with sound quality. - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with the partner's business needs and requirements. - Providing regular performance updates and business reviews to the partner and internal stakeholders. - Identifying new business opportunities and upsell/cross-sell potential within the partner's organization - Developing and implementing joint marketing and sales programs with the partner to drive demand generation and revenue growth - Oversee marketing efforts with alliance partners to ensure adequate visibility and positive perception among customers Job Requirements: - Graduate / Post Graduate - 6 - 8 years of experience - Experience in managing multiple OEMs and deep understanding of the market - Sales orientation with strong negotiation skills - Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Networking skills, channel management
