Website - https://www.tvscredit.com Job Description : This role is responsible for achieving InstaCard activation & usage sales targets through various customer engagement and digital marketing methods. Identifying the product development scope for higher customer engagement and usage. Responsible for building scope for upselling other fee products through Card. - Planning, executing and driving the customer engagement for all sets of InstaCard issued customers for achieving the InstaCard activation and usage Sales targets. - Work along with the marketing team and analytics team for the deployment of monthly campaigns and measuring their efficacy for implementing corrective actions. - Conceptualization of innovative ideas and develop those into implementable actions to drive customer engagement for increasing card activation and usage. - Responsible for deployment of Campaign to different portfolio customers - to cross-sell InstaCard for Increasing the InstaCard customer base & also to generate upfront fee income. - Continuously suggest on product upgrades based on the customer response and intact with the market developments to increase the repeat usage of the InstaCard. - With the recommended changes or upgradations to drive improving the customer journey and experience. - Exploring the scope for upselling of other free products through InstaCard. Job Requirements : - Graduation / MBA - 6 - 8 Years experience preferably in Digital lending / Managing sales in E-commerce - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously - Drive Sales initiative, strong commitment, ability to take ownership - Experience in business analysis, campaign management & Digital marketing and initiative, - Strong Analytical, Interpersonal and Convincing skills - Exceptional communication skills & Multilingual
