As part of the plan, TVS Credit is looking to institutionalise and improve systems and processes by leveraging the might of technology & analytics across the organisation to enable agile decision-making to power growth. Job Purpose: This role is responsible to create, review & implement credit policy for Insta Card business in line with business requirements. Also responsible for maintaining productivity, delivering solutions as per predefined SLAs and implementing policy-related enhancements. Key Responsibilities: - Formulating and implementing policy, procedures & guidelines for Insta Card credit appraisal - Interacting with cross-functional teams and driving the credit policy agenda and ensuring correct implementation of credit policy guidelines in origination system and decisioning platforms - Managing of Rule engine for credit decisions. - Analyzing the market trends / practices and benchmarking of policies with the market - Establishing a robust Credit Analytic Framework to identify early warning signals, credit risk process inputs and customer segment-wise risk factors - Ensure that data integrity is maintained and meets all ISO process standards as per the organization's credit policy - Analysis of portfolio and ensuring Portfolio monitoring, trigger reviews & delinquency control - Identify and implement system and process improvements to ensure accurate, thorough data is available to support high-quality analysis - Drive portfolio management initiatives through the credit cycle management framework by working in partnership with product managers, credit approval team, credit operations team and collection team - Manage the interface with External / Internal Auditors; Design controls to meet all regulatory & internal requirements - Work in partnership with the credit systems support team to implement key credit policy criteria in relevant credit acceptance & evaluation systems - Assist in developing and implementing training programs to improve the quality and productivity of the team Job Requirements: - Post Graduate / MBA /CA. - 8+ years (Preferably having exp in credit policy formulation and process management) - Knowledge of credit policy, process and associated risk in Insta Card - Experiencing in analyzing the market trends / practices and benchmarking policies - Experience in identifying internal process gaps to achieve timely resolutions - Process-oriented mindset - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Problem-solving and decision-making skills
