- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and potential areas for growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar sales/business growth role.

- Strong understanding of sales principles, negotiation tactics, and customer relationship management.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
