- This role is responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow subscriber numbers, increase viewership, and ensure brand alignment with audience expectations.

- It involves overseeing content creation and scheduling, analyzing audience engagement metrics, implementing growth initiatives, optimizing video SEO, and collaborating closely with content creators and stakeholders to deliver high-quality visual content.

Work Profile:

- Lead the YT Channel as a profit center head with a strong focus on improving channel engagement ratios and monetization opportunities.

- Develop and execute strategies to grow subscriber count, viewership, and watch time.

- Conduct deep market and audience research to identify trends, content opportunities, and platform best practices.

- Ensure the channel's content strategy aligns with brand & TVF values and audience expectations.

- Plan short-term and long-term growth initiatives, including experiments with formats and content themes.

- Oversee content calendars, publishing schedules, and release timelines.

- Coordinate with content creators, editors, designers, and production teams to ensure timely delivery.

- Ensure consistency in tone, style, branding, and messaging across the channel content.

- Review content prior to publishing to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with platform guidelines.

- Work closely with content creators, production teams, marketing, and external partners.

- Align channel objectives with broader marketing, brand, and business goals.

- Communicate performance insights and recommendations clearly to internal and external stakeholders.

- Ensure high standards of visual and audio quality across all published content.

- Address content issues, performance dips, or audience concerns proactively.

Expected Business Essentials:.

Proven experience managing at least subscriber base of 1 million+, with direct ownership of growth initiatives.

Strong track record of improving:.

i) Subscriber growth rate.

ii) Viewership and watch time.

iii) Engagement metrics (likes, comments, shares, audience retention).

Basic Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in media, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- Proven experience managing digital channels (YouTube, OTT, or social media platforms).

- Strong understanding of content strategy, audience growth, and digital analytics.

- Knowledge of video SEO, platform algorithms, and audience engagement tactics.

- Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.

- Ability to work cross-functionally with creative, technical, and business teams.
