TV9 Network - Senior Manager - Finance & Accounts - CA

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Chartered Accountant with 6-8 years of post-qualification experience to join our Finance & Accounts function. The role will focus on financial statement finalisation, financial reporting, consolidation and period-end closure, along with MIS, audit coordination, taxation, fixed assets and financial controls. The role will involve working closely with Finance teams, internal stakeholders, auditors and consultants to ensure accurate reporting and timely closure of Finance activities. Role/Designation will be aligned based on experience, capability and suitability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own monthly, quarterly and annual financial closure and finalisation.

- Prepare/review standalone and consolidated financial statements.

- Manage R2R, GL balances, reconciliations, provisions and accruals.

- Drive MIS and management reporting, including variance analysis.

- Coordinate statutory, tax and internal audits and closure of audit queries.

- Oversee GST, TDS and Income Tax-related Finance activities.

- Review fixed assets, CAPEX accounting and inter-company transactions.

- Strengthen financial controls, SOP adherence and Finance processes.

- Work with SAP/ERP and coordinate with Finance teams and external stakeholders.

What We Are Looking For:

- CA Mandatory.

- 6-8 years of post-qualification experience.

- Hands-on experience in financial statement preparation and finalisation.

- Strong exposure to Financial Reporting, R2R and period-end closure.

- Working knowledge of Ind AS, MIS, audits, taxation and financial controls.

- Experience with SAP/ERP preferred.

- Exposure to multi-entity or multi-location organisations preferred.
