Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Operations to lead our operational activities and ensure the smooth functioning of our technology integration services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare provider management, experience with hospital chains, and a deep understanding of insurance management in India.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership:

- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals and objectives

- Oversee all operational aspects of the business, including technology integration, client services, and partner relationships

- Collaborate with C-level executives to drive business growth and innovation

2. Technology Integration Management:

- Ensure seamless integration of our cashless claims processing system with hospital and insurance partners

- Monitor and optimize system performance, uptime, and reliability

- Coordinate with the technical team to implement updates, enhancements, and new features

3. Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital chains, individual healthcare providers, and insurance companies

- Address client concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction

- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services to existing clients

4. Team Leadership:

- Manage and mentor a team of operations staff, including project managers, integration specialists, and client support personnel

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence within the operations department

- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members

5. Process Optimization:

- Continuously analyze and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs

- Implement best practices in healthcare technology integration and cashless claims processing

- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all operational activities

6. Compliance and Risk Management:

- Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations, data protection laws, and industry standards

- Implement and maintain robust risk management practices to safeguard sensitive healthcare and financial data

- Stay updated on changes in healthcare policies and insurance regulations in India

7. Reporting and Analytics:

- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational efficiency and effectiveness

- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on operational performance, challenges, and opportunities

- Utilize data analytics to drive informed decision-making and process improvements

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred

- 10+ years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role

- Proven track record in healthcare provider management, preferably with experience working in or with hospital chains

- In-depth knowledge of the Indian healthcare and insurance landscape, including regulations and market trends

- Strong understanding of healthcare technology, particularly in areas of claims processing and hospital management systems

- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively

- Preferred Skills and Experience

- Experience with implementing or managing healthcare IT systems

- Knowledge of health insurance claim processes and protocols in India

- Familiarity with data analytics and business intelligence tools

- Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)

- Experience in a startup or high-growth technology company
