Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Operations to lead our operational activities and ensure the smooth functioning of our technology integration services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare provider management, experience with hospital chains, and a deep understanding of insurance management in India. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Leadership: - Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals and objectives - Oversee all operational aspects of the business, including technology integration, client services, and partner relationships - Collaborate with C-level executives to drive business growth and innovation 2. Technology Integration Management: - Ensure seamless integration of our cashless claims processing system with hospital and insurance partners - Monitor and optimize system performance, uptime, and reliability - Coordinate with the technical team to implement updates, enhancements, and new features 3. Client Relationship Management: - Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital chains, individual healthcare providers, and insurance companies - Address client concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services to existing clients 4. Compliance and Risk Management: - Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations, data protection laws, and industry standards - Implement and maintain robust risk management practices to safeguard sensitive healthcare and financial data - Stay updated on changes in healthcare policies and insurance regulations in India 7.
