Qualification: CA/MBA - Finance with 8-12 years of post-qualification experience.

Experience:

- At least 5-7 years in Business Finance, Fundraising, or a related function.

- Strong exposure to financial modelling, capital allocation, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain robust financial models to support business decisions, capital allocation, and fundraising activities.

- Develop, track, and monitor the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) across multiple business verticals.

- Partner with business stakeholders to identify, analyse, and solve key business problems, driving insights for strategic decision-making.

- Provide financial analysis and scenario planning to support fundraising, investment, and capital deployment initiatives.

- Ensure alignment of business performance with strategic and financial objectives, highlighting risks and opportunities.

- Support senior management in board discussions, investor communications, and financial presentations.

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven ability to build complex financial models.

- Solid understanding of corporate finance, fundraising processes, and capital allocation principles.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strategic mindset.
