Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Procurement Strategy & Leadership:
- Develop and lead procurement strategies aligned with project and organizational goals.
- Drive cost optimization, sustainability, and compliance across procurement functions.
- Lead and mentor the procurement team, ensuring efficiency and governance.
Vendor & Contract Management:
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic vendors and suppliers.
- Negotiate high-value contracts, prices, and terms to secure best value.
- Build and maintain long-term supplier relationships, mitigating risks and ensuring timely delivery.
Project & Cost Management Alignment:
- Collaborate with project management teams to align procurement with project schedules and budgets.
- Ensure timely availability of materials, services, and resources for smooth project execution.
- Oversee procurement for civil, MEP, and specialized project requirements.
Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure adherence to company policies, audit requirements, and statutory regulations.
- Monitor procurement risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Maintain transparency and governance in all procurement processes.
Qualifications:
- 18-22 years in procurement, project & cost management, and vendor strategy within infrastructure, EPC, PMC or real estate sectors.
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business Management.
- Proven track record in large-scale project procurement (infrastructure, EPC, PMC, or real estate).
- Strong negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with procurement systems and ERP tools.
