About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in delivering large-scale high-rise commercial building projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate should come from a real estate developer background and have successfully led landmark commercial tower developments exceeding 65 floors.

This role will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, stakeholder management, cost and schedule control, quality assurance, and successful project handover.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end execution of high-rise commercial building projects from planning, design coordination, approvals, construction, commissioning, and handover.

- Manage all project phases including pre-construction, execution, fit-out coordination, and final closure.

- Drive project delivery within approved timelines, budgets, quality standards, and safety norms.

- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, contractors, vendors, and statutory authorities.

- Monitor construction progress and proactively mitigate risks impacting schedule, cost, or quality.

- Ensure compliance with local building regulations, statutory approvals, environmental norms, and safety requirements.

- Review project budgets, cash flows, contracts, procurement plans, and variation orders.

- Lead project review meetings with internal leadership and external stakeholders.

- Provide technical and commercial guidance to project teams and site leadership.

- Ensure smooth project completion, testing & commissioning, occupancy readiness, and final handover to operations/facility teams.

Mandatory Requirements:

- 15+ years of experience in commercial real estate / construction projects.

- Must hold a degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech).

- Must have worked with reputed real estate developers; candidates with predominantly contractor-side experience may not be suitable.

- Proven experience in executing at least one large commercial high-rise project 65 floors or above.

- Demonstrated ownership of a project from start to finish including planning, execution, and handover.

- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, contracts, project controls, quality systems, and safety management.

- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.

Preferred Background:

Experience with leading developer organizations such as Lodha, Oberoi Realty, Godrej Properties, Prestige Group, Brigade Group, DLF, RMZ, Embassy, K Raheja Corp, Phoenix Mills, Hiranandani, or similar large real estate developers will be preferred.
