Job Expectations:


TTEC digital is ramping up SalesForce practice in Hyderabad, India. As a Principal Consultant with our Salesforce practice, the candidate will be a senior practitioner who will play an anchoring role. This role requires multi dimensions of expertise, which includes Pre-sales capability, Technical Solutioning and implementation, coaching and mentoring team members.


Roles and Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities


1. Pre-Sales & Client Engagement


- Participate in and lead pre-sales activities including RFP/RFI responses, client workshops, scoping discussions, and solution demonstrations.


- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to define winning strategies for Salesforce pursuits.


- Translate business needs into compelling value propositions and solution roadmaps for clients.


- Develop high-level architectures, effort estimates, and delivery models.


2. Solution Architecture & Technical Leadership


- Serve as the technical authority for Salesforce implementationsSales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and custom Force.com solutions.


- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce architectures aligned with client requirements and industry best practices.


- Review technical designs, integrations, data models, and customization approaches.


- Guide teams on configuration, development standards, optimization strategies, and platform governance.


- Stay updated on the Salesforce ecosystemnew releases, features, and best practicesto influence solution strategy.


3. Delivery Oversight & Execution Excellence


- Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, quality standards, and client expectations.


- Manage escalation points and provide hands-on problem resolution for complex technical issues.


- Drive continuous improvement and ensure adherence to TTEC Digitals delivery methodologies, quality frameworks, and compliance standards.


4. Practice Development & Thought Leadership


- Contribute to building the Salesforce practice through capability development, reusable assets, accelerators, and delivery frameworks.


- Create thought leadership content such as whitepapers, PoVs, best practices, and reference architectures.


- Support creation and nurturing of strategic partnerships within the Salesforce ecosystem.


5. Team Coaching & Mentorship


- Mentor and guide consultants, developers, and architects across the practice.


- Conduct technical assessments, provide constructive feedback, and help define career development plans


- Lead knowledge-sharing sessions, training programs, and internal certifications to grow practice expertise.


Qualifications & Experience


Required


- 4-5+ years of overall experience with at least 8 years in the Salesforce ecosystem.


- Proven experience in solutioning, technical architecture, and delivery leadership on medium-to-large Salesforce programs.


- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, Apex, Lightning Components, integration patterns, and data migration.


- Experience working with multi-cloud Salesforce solutions and enterprise-scale integrations.


- Strong client-facing communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.


- Experience participating in or leading pre-sales and business development efforts.


Preferred


- Experience with industry clouds (Financial Services, Health, Manufacturing, etc.).


- Knowledge of DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, CI/CD pipelines).


- Prior experience in a consulting environment or global delivery model.
