Position: Manager - Maintenance

Location: Silvassa (UT of DNH ) / VAPI

Qualification: Degree Diploma in Mechanical /Electrical Engineering

Experience:

- 15+ years in Auto ancillary manufacturing company / Ball manufacturing

- Work experience in Heat Treatment is desirable.

Responsibilities

- Identify and implement proactive maintenance strategy that ensures efficient operations.

- Improve productivity and cut costs.

- Develop company policies and standard operating procedures for all maintenance work.

- Ensure maintenance processes are consistent with industry regulations and OSHA standards.

- Draft maintenance reports that help measure and improve team performance.

- Schedule and assign work orders and proactive maintenance tasks.

- Prioritizing work across the team

- Perform inspections and oversight of maintenance work to ensure quality.

- Hiring, training of new employees.

- Enhance & build skill of existing team members.

- Maintain machines equipment in proper working conditions.

- Preventive and Breakdown maintenance of all machine's equipment. Make advance planning for preventive maintenance.

- Ensure minimize breakdown in terms of number, maintenance time.

- Establish and coordinate the maintenance function and safety procedures, service schedule, and supply of materials required to maintain machines and equipment is a robust condition.

- Daily, weekly, and monthly preventative maintenance inspections and maintain records.

- Stock critical spare parts.
